What is Tursab Enformation Officer?

Tursab travel agency members must run at least 1formation officer.

The Enformation Officer to be held in accordance with 46’s and more of the Travel Agencies Regulation is held at intervals every year by the Tourism Information exam, foreign language written exam and foreign language oral examination TÜRSAB (Turkish Travel Agencies Association).

Enformation certificate is not requested from employees or business owners.

2024 December Notification Officer Exam Date

1. Application Dates: 1 November 2024 – 30 November 2024 (Hour: 23.59)
2. Applicants will be made online via Tursab academy website by participants. (https://akademi.tursab.org.tr) Descriptions are listed below.
3. Enformation Officer Exam will be held online according to the following calendar:

• Tourism Information Examination Date and Time (Online) : 07 December 2024 (10:30-11:30)
• Foreign Language Written Exam Date (Online) : 14 December 2024 (10:30-11:30)
• Foreign Language Oral Exam Date (Online) : 21 December 2024 – 22 December 2024

Exam Fee

Exam fee 0,00 TL Total The test will be paid by credit card via reference screens.

1. TÜRSAB member travel agency owners (people with official company partner) are free to test.
2. For agency employees (SGK) the test fee is 50% discounted.
3. Due to the disaster affecting our 11 provinces (Adana, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Ambassador, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Kilis, Malatya, Osmaniye, Şanlıurfa), the travel agents in the central branch will not be received from those who have travel agents (resmi company partner) and their employees (SGK). The candidates in this status need to upload their documents to the document upload section.

Enformation Officer Course Content

1. Enformation Officer Tourism Information Exam; General Tourism Information, Tourism Geography, Tourism Economics and Marketing, will be held in English and consists of 50 questions. The test period is 60 minutes. 70 points from the test and those who have succeeded “C” group can serve as Enformation Officer in Travel Agencies. Enformation Officer acquires Tourism Information exam and also can be served as Enformation Officer in Foreign Language Written Exam and Enformation Officer in Foreign Language Dictionary Exam. “A” “B” and “C” group can serve as Enformation Officer in Travel Agencies.
2. Enformation Officer Foreign Language Written and Oral Exam; English, Arabic, German, Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, French, Chinese and Bulgarian languages, and our participants can enter foreign language written and oral exam from the language they have selected in the online application form. The written test of foreign languages is 50, oral examination is evaluated over 50 points.

Online Application Form Documents required to be installed in the system after filling

• In the last 6 months, the colored vesikalik photo,
• The most up-to-date Trade Newspaper, which includes the information of the person’s company partner, the Population wallet or its license, the owner/or the title (official company partner),
• The current QR coded SGK Registration and Service Casting / Workplace Title List document,
• Previously, Enformation Officer has received the Success Certificate, and only participants who want to get a foreign language success document, Enformation Officer must also upload Turkish Success Documents to the system.

Tursab Enformation Officer General Terms

1. In order to participate in the foreign language written exam on 4.12.2024, Enformation Officer must be taken at least 70 points from Tourism Information Exam.
2. Previously, Enformation Officer has received the Success Certificate, and participants who want to get a foreign language success document will not enter the Tourism Information Exam, Foreign Language Written Exam and Foreign Language Oral Exam.
3. In order to participate in the foreign language oral examination, which will take place on 21.12.2024 and 22.12.2024, it is necessary to take at least 20 points and more notes from the foreign language written test (50 points).
4. Foreign nationals who will attend the test are in case of presenting work permits or residence permits. Temporary T.C. It is necessary to have ID number.
5. No payment can be refunded, except for any reason.
6. As of the day of the examination, people who have completed 18 years are allowed.

Enformation Officer Exam Application Process

1. Candidates who provide all the requested documents must create user registration by pressing “Register” button at https://akademi.tursab.org.tr/ until 23:59 on 30 November 2024.
2. After entering the academy, candidates with the account are ready on the TURSAB Academy page, click on the “Login” button and enter the system with username and passwords and apply to the TÜRSAB Academy Online Examination System area. Candidates who do not remember the username and/or password may send password renewal email to the e-mail address they have previously specified from the domain forgot.
3. Candidates who log in to the Online Exam System can access the application page by clicking on the “New Application & Current Applications” option and fill the application form and perform applications by adding the desired documents to the required documents with the installation options located under the form. 4. Once completed applications will be evaluated as soon as possible and examined whether there is errors, the application status will be notified to candidates via email.

6. Candidates are interested in entering the online test, the TÜRSAB Academy Online user name and passwords that they have created during the application.
7. 7 days On December 2024, at 10:30, the Enformation Officer who will be online for Tourism Information Exam will be able to start the test by entering the system with the user password they have identified in the essay they apply.
8. 7 days On December 2024, our participants who have 70 points on the Online Enformation Officer Tourism Information Exam will have the right to enter the Online Foreign Language Written Exam, which will be held on 14 December 2024.
9. Online Foreign Language Written Exam on 14 December 2024 and will be held on 21-22 December 2024 after the Online Foreign Language Dictionary Exam process; the average of foreign language examination and interview will be eligible to obtain the certificate of Foreign Language. (German Language Written Exam is evaluated over 50 points, the Foreign Language Word Exam is rated over 50 points)
10. With successful participants in Tourism Information Exam, our foreign language school and our TÜRSAB Academy team will be contacted, the links to Foreign Language Written and Oral Exams will be shared.
11. Our participants will receive success certificates online, digital and QR code via the system when the process is completed. Documents are not given as physics.
12. In accordance with the 48th article of the Travel Agencies Regulation, the online test preparation training and question banks are included in the “TÜRSAB Academy” section under the “Corporate” tab located in the TÜRSAB website. 13. Our participants Online Enformation Officer Tourism Information and Online Enformation Officer Foreign Language Written and Oral test results, following the announcements on our web page, TÜRSAB Academy will be able to learn on the web page by logging in with the username and password they have previously created. In the same way, users who succeed in exams can get their certificates from the system online.
14. Enformation Officer Tourism Information Exam will be online simultaneously for all participants; no excuse will be accepted unless there is any reason (without being documented with therapor). One reason is documented within 2 working days from the test date and is submitted by email to TÜRSAB Academy. The fees for those who have stated a reason will be refunded and the Tourism Information Test has entered, but if they have not entered the Foreign Language Written and/or Oral test, they will not have a fee refund.
15. The objections to the test results should be submitted by email to the TÜRSAB Academy in writing on the next 10 working days.
