As Dm Travel Turizm Ticaret Ltd Şti (“Company”), we have Data Officer under the Law of Personal Data Protection Law (“Law”) and we have Data Officer at the scope of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and within the framework of the Law on the Regulation of 6493 Payment and Securities Contracting Systems, Payment Services and Electronic Money Organizations, the Law on the Regulation of Broadcasts made in the Internet Environment of 5651 and the Regulation of these Publications, and the Law arising from the Law on Regulation of 6563 Issue Electronic Commerce and legal obligations arising out of the Law and the relevant legislation, we may be able to fulfill your personal obligations in accordance with the applicable law. As far as this, these personal data will be processed by our Company by taking the information security measures with the registration of not being used outside the purposes and scope determined by our Company, after which the explicit consent you provide, or the exceptions recognized in the Law.

In the framework of the data processing purposes mentioned above, our personal data obtained is limited to the provisions prescribed in Article 8 and 9 of the Law and the registration of receiving the necessary security measures.

You can use your rights specified in Article 11 of the Law by applying to our Company with Data Officer at any time as a personal data owner.

In order to use your rights mentioned in the Law, you can submit your identity with detective documents in accordance with the information contained in the form you will download by clicking on a wet-signed petition or by clicking on which you specify clearly what you want to use. We will respond to our company within 30 days of written applications with the requests listed above from the data holder.

Applications will be made for free as long as they do not publish a fee tariff with the decision to be taken by the Personal Data Protection Board. If the answers to the applications exceed 10 (on) pages, the transaction fee will be charged for each page. If the answer is asked to provide CD, flash memory, the fee will be charged according to the cost of the desired registration environment.

If you are acting on behalf of another in your request, you must be privately authorized and document your authority, contain ID and address information of the application and add your identity to the application.
